The result is a shortlist that makes sense, not a list of names padded to look impressive.

We don't use a database you could have found on Google. We built our own. We evaluate every channel in our network on content themes, video performance, audience demographics, sponsor history, engagement patterns, and category fit. When a brief comes in, we run it against all of that: your product category, your target market, your budget range, and whether the creator has worked with competitors before.
Channels that pass get a second look. We watch recent videos, check if the content style fits your brand, and verify the audience is the one you're trying to reach. The shortlist we send isn't padded. These are creators we've looked at and can say with confidence: this one makes sense for you.
Most clients take three to five of our recommendations. A few want the whole list so they can weigh in. Either works.
Most campaigns run three to six weeks from brief to live content. Week one is discovery and matching: we take your brief, run it through our data, and come back with a shortlist. Weeks two and three are outreach and negotiation. We contact every creator on the list, handle the back and forth, and get contracts signed.
Content production fills the rest. The creator films, we review the integration, they adjust if needed, and the video goes live. For larger campaigns across multiple creators, outreach runs in parallel so you're not waiting on each creator sequentially.
For ongoing campaigns, the cadence gets faster once relationships are established. Second month usually takes half the time of the first.
